I had a nice day with my mom. I offered to either take her out to dinner or pick dinner up on the way in. She ended up going to the grocery store and buying food for a cook-out. We grilled burgers and dogs. My mom made mac and cheese, jello and cake!! I can't believe she cooked on Mother's Day! Oh well - it was definitely fine by me. The food was good AND my mom remembered my favorite part - roasting marshmallows over the coals after dinner. :>)
